Sherman Beiler — Owner & Lead Technician
Born and raised in Sarasota, Florida, Sherman Beiler understands the local driving environment, climate conditions, and long-term vehicle wear common in the region. As an ASE-Certified Technician, Sherman works hands-on in the shop and is directly involved in diagnostics and repair decisions.
He is known for his methodical approach, long work weeks, and insistence on addressing problems at their source. His philosophy is straightforward: diagnose accurately, explain the repair clearly, and complete the work the right way.
Outside the shop, Sherman enjoys diving, spearfishing, and skeet shooting—activities that reflect a practical, hands-on lifestyle rooted in Florida’s outdoors.
Elmer Nolt— Senior Technician
Elmer Nolt has spent his entire career working as a mechanic and brings decades of real-world experience to the shop. Earlier in his career, he owned and operated a towing service in Sarasota, giving him firsthand exposure to roadside breakdowns, mechanical failures, and the long-term consequences of improper repairs.
That experience shapes his work today. Elmer is known for his steady, analytical diagnostic process and his ability to identify issues accurately the first time. He takes pride in explaining repairs clearly and delivering work that remains reliable over time.
Outside of work, Elmer enjoys playing chess and spending time at home with his wife. The patience and focus required at the chessboard mirror the careful thinking he brings to complex diagnostic work.

Customers are welcome to visit the shop and speak directly with Sherman, the owner and lead technician, about their vehicle. Diagnostic findings and repair recommendations are explained clearly before any work begins. For safety reasons, customers are not permitted in the work area, and all repairs are performed only after approval.
